Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Non-returnable Items

• Hygiene-related products

• Clearance or final-sale items

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
